Mason David Arnao is an American entrepreneur, software engineer, and business executive based in Stuart, Florida, with more than two decades of experience in software engineering, automation, and lead generation technology.

As Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Pro Hospital Supply, Mason leads the company’s global strategy, overseeing manufacturing, material sourcing, licensing, logistics and technology operations across the medical supply and healthcare equipment markets. He ensures that the organization maintains precision, scalability, and compliance from production to delivery.

In the early 2000s Mason began his professional career in technology at the National Basketball Association, connecting scoreboards, officials’ laptops, and broadcast systems. He later joined the predecessor medical-supply company as a software engineer, where he developed enterprise applications that improved data-flow between suppliers and healthcare institutions.

In 2013 he founded Waypoint Software, LLC, based in Stuart, Florida. As President he built the company into a recognized provider of real-time lead distribution and automation technologies for marketing firms and data networks worldwide.

Mason has also demonstrated community leadership in Stuart and the Florida coast. In March 2020 he donated 100 rapid COVID-19 test kits to the St. Lucie County Fire District in Stuart and the local region.

Michael Laurier-Gerard is a Canadian entrepreneur, technology executive, and marketing strategist who brings over two decades of experience in product development, technology, and global marketing to the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

As Co-Founder of Pro Hospital Supply, Michael oversees the Canadian medical market and leads the company’s manufacturing, material sourcing, and licensing operations for its line of high-performance nitrile gloves. He also directs the company’s marketing and digital strategy, integrating data-driven systems and automation to improve supply efficiency, brand visibility, and customer engagement across multiple regions.

In addition to his work at Pro Hospital Supply, Michael serves as President & CEO of UAR Global Holdings and Founder of BOOM! Media Group, a digital marketing and technology firm specializing in web development, SEO, and AI-driven marketing automation. He is also Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Tort Advisor and Legal Lawsuit, where he leads innovation in data management, automation, and digital infrastructure for legal and compliance sectors.

Michael’s background includes consulting for leading organizations such as eBay, CraveTV, FullScript, Rogers (AT&T), and the Government of Canada, where he developed scalable products and optimized marketing and operational frameworks.
